Note from Connie:  We just did the most awesome cardio/strength training workout at the Aerobic Spot tonight, March 11, 2008.  It was so good, I just felt I had to share!  We did basically the same workout last night and it was so great that I repeated it tonight.  I did most of the same choreography as last night--I never do the exact same thing two nights consecutively--but I definitely used the same music tonight.  I downloaded Pure Hits 2 from Power Music this past weekend, and it could possibly be the best aerobic music I've ever played.  We did several patterns, but the combination that worked so well can be found at this link:  Step Pattern 34.  This class was definitely a high energy, fun session.  Everyone seemed to really like the workout and the music.  We did 45 minutes of "just step" and then added some strength training intervals for the last 30 minutes of class.  And an FYI, I had on my heart rate watch, and for someone my size, 5' 4" and 124 pounds, I burned 635 calories.  Enjoy!  Connie York
