9:00 till 9:30 – “STEP IT UP!”

This fun STEP session will wake you up and get your heart pumping.

 

9:30 till 10:00 – “Aim LOW”

Get the “low-down” on how to achieve a great backside and awesome legs. 

 

10:00 till 10:30 – “Cardio Pyramids”

Cardio bouts that drive you to the tops of the pyramids and then safely back down, burning calories and fat throughout your journey!

 

10:30 till 11:00 – “The UP side”

The “up side” to this session is learning how to achieve a toned, strong upper body!

 

11:00 till 11:30 – “Absolutely ABS”

AB work—AB work—AB work!!!

 

11:30 till noon – “The Home STRETCH”

Core strengthening Yoga poses, followed by relaxation and stretches that will send you on your way completely stress-free.
