Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, real butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Using mixer, mix the cream cheese, sugar and butter on low speed until
incorporated. Increase to high speed and mix until light and fluffy.
Reduce to low and add the vanilla.
This is PLENTY of frosting for a cake.
