Weights and Tubing
Tubing - series (hold both handles):
lunge and one arm shoulder press
rear deltoid extension
biceps curls (drop one handle if needed)
Weights - squat with arms lifting overhead
Double Tubing:
pull down, both arms then one side
bow and arrow
Hold weights - lunge forward alternating, slow and controlled
Weights series:
triceps with tree pose
one arm row, bicycle pumps
Hold weights - split lunges
Tubing series:
shoulder press
biceps and lateral raise combination
Tubing
leg press, slow then double time
Weights - lunge and throw
Push ups, Supermans
