abductor raises on stability ball

pass crunch (stability ball & sponge ball)

ball bridge (stability ball), lift, roll in, out, drop

crunches (rest calves on stability ball)

chest flies (stability ball, weights)

french press (stability ball, weights)

Hip raises with stability ball between ankles

stability ball calf raises seated, hold weights on thigh

half moon challenge (use a stability ball to help balance, start slowly)

upward facing dog (hold for 1 to 3 minutes)
downward facing dog (hold)
child's pose
