medicine ball - squat/jump

light weights - lunge back and arm forward, row, return, in

5-best butt:  squats, lunges, step ups, one-legged squat off step, hip extensions

weights - hold a wide squat low and biceps curls

light weights - one legged dead lift (arms out, one leg, bend forward drop weights)

double tubing - hold over head resistance, wide squat, turn right, forward and back up

vogue press

vogue press with wide squat combination

tubing - triceps extensions

stability ball - chest press, crunches

stability ball - seated, leg extensions (arms out to side)
