Stability Ball Workout
Try this hamstring exercise with the stability ball.
Supine w/calves resting on the ball, arms out for stability and balance.
Position 1: Lift hips (1-4)
Position 2: Heels toward butt (5-6)
Position 3: Lift hips further and hold (7-10)
Drop to 2nd position (11-12)
Heels away from butt (13-14)
Drop to starting position (15-16)
