Equipment Specific Workouts Done at the Aerobic Spot
This is a cover page for workouts created around specific
fitness tools (workouts for medicine ball only, stability ball only, etc.).
For variety, you can find many, many exercises using these fitness tools on the
Interval
Training pages of the Aerobic Spot Web site. But for the workouts on this
page, you will only have to be concerned with the one piece of equipment (plus
dumbbells in some cases) for
each workout. Note: Sometimes I like to use a lot of different
equipment in one class, just for the sake of variety, and because you "hit"
every area of the body when you start using different equipment, but sometimes I
don't want to have to worry about a lot of different things, just grab one piece
