2X Hamstring curl straddle down
1X 3-curl Repeater straddle down, REMEMBER HERE:  TURN TO FACE HOME, every set!
1X quarter turn Home

Horizontal Step
4X Traveling glutes
Turn the Corner and 3X glutes
