Jog the Basics

Side Squat/Lunge alternating, hold med ball, add rotation

Tubing, pull downs

Step Pattern

Pendulum, med ball (toe back, tilt forward (1-4), balance (5-8), squeeze butt (9-12), come up 13-16)

Lateral raise, biceps curls and combination

Tubing, jog over and back sideways

Squat and hold (7 counts down and up on 8)

Tubing, Bow and Arrow

Step Pattern

Spring frog

Triceps

Jacks (X arms then elbows up/arms out)

Lunges

Forward raises

One set each of the two Step Patterns (8 sets)

Hamstring curls, ankle weights

Hip extensions, all 4's, ankle weights

Inner thighs, ankle weights

 

Leg extensions, ankle weights

 

CORE

Med Ball, crunches to one side

Pikes

Planks (lifting one leg)

Combination Push up/Back into Child Pose
