L-step, jazz square (LRLR)
V-step slide, mambo cha-cha-cha
knee up at the corner, travel turning to back corner and thrust kick (or heel dig)
2X hamstring curls

Two
cross over 1X
cross over with a 2-knee repeater (no travel)
1X hamstring curl (clear the step coming down)
shuffle all the way around the step
1X 3-curl repeater

Three
revolving, stomp the bug 2X (14 counts)
1X hamstring curl (4 counts)
revolving, stomp the bug (2X (14 counts)

Easier option for three:  step, knee up, down, down, mambo, march, march (7 counts).
Do this twice with first leg leading.
Do 1X hamstring curl in the middle, and repeat the 7-count pattern twice.
