L-step with knee up in the middle (T step)

Two
cross over the top 2X
turn step 2X
squat, jump up 1X (on floor)
1X knee up, travel
march around the step 8X

Three
Boot Camp Type Pattern:
7-knee repeater 1X, 7-curl repeater 1X
step up, up and 3X alternating lunges down to side
3X squats off the top of the step
1X more lunge down and exit
basic 2X
