While "spot reduction" is impossible, it is possible to focus on strength
training specific areas of the body. This is the cover page for some of
the exercise routines we do at the Aerobic Spot to target certain areas (lower
body, abdominals, upper body, etc.) This section of the Aerobic Spot Web
site is a continuous work in progress.
