Hello and welcome to the Aerobic Spot Web site!Red Heart

AEROBIC SPOT in London, KY USA offers cardio and strength training in every session.

Every class is a Personal Training Session and the fee is only $25 per month or $5 per visit.  There are no long term contracts.  The only commitment you need to make is the one you make to yourself! 

Every Aerobic Spot session is unique--a total body workout in every class.  Your first visit is free.
